feat req: make floating mode easily resizable

please make floating mode easily resizable

taking the example from heliboard, add a new icon that allows us to drag how big we want it next to the drag the keyboard where we want it

its pretty hard to use floating mode atm, kinda too small for my thumbs

new settings within the appearance menu so we dont accidentally resize? idr accidentally moving the keyboard but it could happen
