gh stack not installing

this and gh extension in stall github/gh-stack both are not working for me

claude finally isntalled with:

• The extension is brand new (v0.0.8 released yesterday). The failure isn't your machine: GitHub's releases/latest API endpoint for github/gh-stack is returning a 503 HTML page, and the installer (even with --pin) probes that endpoint first.
• I worked around it by downloading the v0.0.8 darwin-arm64 binary from the (working) releases list endpoint and installing it manually with a pinned manifest at ~/.local/share/gh/extensions/gh-stack/. gh extension list now shows gh stack github/gh-stack v0.0.8. (gh extension upgrade will start working once GitHub fixes that endpoint.)
