This documents the theme workflow that came out of the July session report:
X-Theme-*diagnosticsOscar-owned behavior is tracked in oscar-prime #5693. The hosted screenshot service is tracked in Theme Kit #35.
Local metadata and link checks pass, as does the Cloudflare preview build. A full local build could not complete because the sandbox could not reach the GraphQL introspection host.
