feat(rankings): expand model intelligence rankings

Summary

• expand the model intelligence dataset, catalog models, vendor coverage, and product-line styling
• add the model price × intelligence ranking with linear/logarithmic scales, vendor filters, sortable pricing, and localized metadata
• improve chart label placement, click-to-tooltip behavior, leader lines, and collision avoidance
• localize affected navigation, model details, collections, landscape, and ranking interfaces across all 12 locales
• harden standalone previews by requiring synced assets and host-aligned startup/verification

Why

The rankings need to represent current mainstream model families, show intelligence development over time, and make price/performance comparisons directly usable. The chart fixes prevent labels from obscuring points or one another. The standalone guidance addresses missing styles and locale redirect loops caused by unsynced assets or a hostname mismatch.

Impact

Readers gain a new price/intelligence comparison and broader intelligence-index coverage. Existing ranking, model-detail, navigation, and localized interfaces are kept consistent with the expanded data. No manifest schema changes are introduced.

Validation

• npm run biome:check — 862 files passed
• npm run spell — 885 files passed
• npm run type-check — passed
• npm run test:ci — 71 passed, 4 skipped
• npm run build:next — production build passed
• standalone smoke: English and Simplified Chinese versions of both ranking pages loaded with CSS and no console errors
• chart QA: linear/logarithmic price views and the Anthropic intelligence view had no label-label or label-point collisions, with leader lines present
